This was my first on-screen acting role and one of the projects that convinced me that learning is best followed by doing.

Too French Too German is a short film written and directed by Daniel Johnson in 2026.

In just over eight minutes, a seemingly harmless disagreement about leeks and cooking turns into a conversation about love, heartbreak, and the choices that shape our lives. As Linda and Dave revisit a relationship that didn't work out, old wounds, lingering affection, and incompatible life philosophies resurface across the kitchen counter.
